PURPOSE:To obtain the titled steel plate with excellent can opnening property and score processability of a method wherein a cold rolling steel plate having a specific component composition such as C, Si or the like as well as containing a limited C+O2 amount is continuously annealed and, thereafter skin-pass rolling is carried out with reduction rate of 6-20%. CONSTITUTION:A cold rolling steel plate comprising C; below 0.02%, Si; below 0.1%, Mn; 0.1-0.5%, O2; below 0.01%, 1/2C+O2; below 0.02%, a balance of iron and inevitable impurities is continuously annealed at a temperature of above crystalization temperature. Subsequently skin pass rolling is carried out with reduction rate of 6-20% and, by synergistic effect of the above described annealing and skin pass rolling, a force required to cut and tear a score processing portion is remarkably reduced and a steel plate for an easy open can with increasingly enhanced can opening property is obtained. |
