摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the support construction for thickness slide oscillation body in which the assembling efficiency is better with comparatively simple construction, the nature withstanding the drop shock is greater, and the deterioration in the performance for Q and aging is possibly less. CONSTITUTION:The end surfaces 1a, 1b of the crystal oscillator 1 are cut off for the edge slightly and some flat shape parts are formed. Further, the electrodes are so fixed that the electrode 2a covers one end surface 1a and another electrode 2b covers another end surface 1b. Further, the metal wires 3, 4, and 5 are used as the support material of the crystal oscillator 1. The inner edge 3a of the metal wire 3 is fixed to the end surface 1a with the ball bonding in the shape that the tip is expanded. The internal ends 4a and 5a of the metal wires 4 and 5 are fixed on the end surface 1b with the wedge bonding. The body is provided in Y or T shape type as a whole in matching with the metal wire.
