<p>A method of making reeled articles with the help of a device for its implementation consists in the following operations: a frequency (f1) of a generator (1) is determined with respect to an article (4) the parameter of which exceeds the rated value at which the phase displacement between the vector current in the sheath, on the one hand, and the vector voltage between the sheath and the core of the microwire (14) of the article (4), on the other band, is equal to 180`. A frequency (f2) of a generator (22) is set, with respect to the article (4) the parameter of which is equal to the rated value at which the phase displacement between the vector current in the sheath and the vector voltage between the sheath and the core of the microwire (14) is equal to 180`. The voltages of the frequencies f1 and f2 are converted, by a converter (23) into a voltage of a frequency (fx), the latter being fed to the sheath of the article (4). While reeling off the microwire (14), with a drive (19) the phase of vector current in the sheath of the reeled off microwire is continuously compared, with the help of an amplifier-converter unit (21), with the phase of vector voltage between the core and the sheath of that microwire. Once the phase opposition is reached the reeling off the microwire (14) is stopped.</p> |
