PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of icing during the warming-up operation by warming up valve portion by providing a water path in the neighborhood of intake air flow rate control valve. CONSTITUTION:The end of the casing 14 is fitted with the heat pipe to warm up the slide valve 23, and the both ends of the heat pipe 24 are connected to the cooling water path 125 of internal combustion engine in such a way as to flow cooling water in the heat pipe 24. In this case, in order to make better the flow of the cooling water in the heat pipe 24, both ends of the heat pipe 24 are connected to two places of the cooling water path 125 where a pressure difference exists in the internal combustion engine. Thus, during the warming-up operation, the heat of the water flowing in the heat pipe 24 is transmitted to the casing 14 as the temperature of the cooling water rises, the valve portion of the slide valve 128, etc., is warmed up, and icing at the valve portion is prevented. Thus, the troubles such as disorder and stoppage of engine can be avoided. |
