PURPOSE:To solve the problem of short supply of oil at low rotation of engine without large oil pump, and to protect the device when the electric circuit is out of order. CONSTITUTION:At the first speed, one solenoid valve releases the oil hydraulic pressure, and the other solenoid valve holds the oil hydraulic pressure. These two solenoid valves are operated by the electric circuit as shown in the table, and only one solenoid valve is supplied with power at the first speed where the number of rotation of the engine is small to release the oil hydraulic pressure in the oil passage, so that the rate of the exhausted oil at the oil hydraulic pressure circuit becomes small to prevent the short supply of pressurized oil. Also, in case of power shortage to the solenoid valve caused by the trouble in the electric circuit during the high- speed operation, there is no danger by sudden engine braking as the gear does not clamp at the first speed. |
