<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a psychroelement with superior responsibility and stability by providing a thick-film psychrosubstance having variable resistance values according to humidity on the surface of a ceramic heater having a positive resistance value to temperature. CONSTITUTION:Comb teeth-like electrodes 2a, 2b are arranged facing each other on the upper surface of a ceramic heater 1 having a positive temperature resisting value. Covering the above a thick-film psychrosubstance with a variable resistance value according to humidity is provided. On the undersurface of said ceramic heater, a board-shaped electrode 2c is fixed. For the heater 1 ceramic material of BaTiO system is used and an appropriate composition according to the temperature range of the psychrosubstance 3 is selected. For the psychrosubstance, the paste-like material of ZnO-V2O5 system is used. After printing the said substance on the upper surface of the heater, this is burnt at 500-800 deg.C. A comb teeth-shaped electrode 2a is connected with a measuring instrument as well as with an heating power source 6 through a lead wire 4, while the other electrode 2b is connected with another terminal of the measuring instrument and a board-like electrode 2c is connected with another terminal of the power source 6 thus to prepare the psychroelement.</p> |
