PURPOSE:To carry out the roll rearrangement during passing of strip in a short time, by providing opening and shutting part for furnace roll on the lower furnace floor of support apparatus having the furnace roll detachable mechanism equipped on the furance wall of heating furnace etc. and moreover, providing going up and down apparatus of the furnace roll on the lower part of the opening and shutting part. CONSTITUTION:The cylinders 28.28 are operated and the heat intercepting cover 27 is opened in C direction at the time of rearranging the rolls. Next, the metallic material 32-1 is risen lifting up the shield door 31-1 when the lifter 29 is risen in the arrow mark E direction. The pin 25-1 is penetrated into the long hole 24-1 operating the cylinder 26 in the arrow mark B direction at a point of time positioning the center of the hole 24-1 of the chock support 23-1, a little higher than the pin 25-1. By the above operation, the pin 25-2 maintaining the H side chock support 23-2, is drawn out from the long hole 24-2. Then, the old furnace roll 1-2 is dropped down in F direction loading on the lifter 29 by dropping down the lifter 29 and the door 31-2 is dropped down until the chain 33-2 is stretched. |
