The press operating by vibration achieves homogeneous compacting of the workpiece material by applying dynamic pressure produced by a vibrator onto the workpiece. The press uses a mass which is brought into co-vibration by the vibrator, while the vibrator frequency is equal to the inherent frequency of the total mass, so that resonance is produced. The press has pneumatic cylinders, which reduce the oscillation via the pressed workpiece in dependence of vibrator housing amplitude. During this process the inherent frequency of the oscillation is subcritical.
|
