<p>PURPOSE:To obtain as device whose adjustments in manufacture are easy by providing a movable guide which leads a tape-shape recording medium correctly and a method of displacing the guide in accordance with a lead speed. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic tape 1 is slantingly wound around fixed cylinder 15 and rotary head cylinder 14 and a slanting track is recorded on it. Guide posts 16, 17 and 18 and tape edge guides 20 and 21 fixed to cylinder 15 are provided, and guides 20 and 21 can move in differenr directions and by diffenrent distances by piezoelectric elements 22 and 23. Gradients of guide pin 17 and pins 17 and 18, if necessary, can be controlled by driving parts 24 and 25 and tape 1 runs without excessiveness. Actually, movements of guides 20 and 21 are approximately 0.1mm, bur those displacements simplify adjustiment in its manufacture.</p> |
