PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to inhibit increase of power consumption while enabling to prevent aggravation of a brake feeling during stoppage and facilitate additional actuation of the brake. SOLUTION: After a vehicle is stopped, a motor 60 is driven only when the computed value of the controlling pressure reaches a predetermined value. With this configuration, by driving the motor 60 and actuating pumps 19, 39, a plate pressing feeling in additional actuation of a brake pedal 11 by a driver can be eliminated, aggravation of a brake feeling can be prevented, and inhibiting increase of power consumption by continuous driving of the motor 60 is enabled.
