PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by connecting a direct-current power supply to a current amplifying transistor and then by providing a capacitor between a connection part of a resistance and diode and the output side of the current amplifying transistor. CONSTITUTION:Switching transistor TrQ1 is applied with an input signal at its control side, and current amplifying TrQ2 is connected at its control side to TrQ1. To the connection part of TrQ1 and TrQ2, direct-current power supply 1 is connected through resistance R2 and diode D and direct-current power supply 2 is connected to TrQ2; between the connection part of resistance R2 and diode D and the output side of TrQ2, capacitor C is interposed. Consequently, the base current of TrQ2 is supplied from low-tension direct-current source 1 and the power consumption is sufficiently reduced by resistance R2, so that the power consumption can be reduced. |
