PURPOSE: A slip preventing device prevent slipping phenomenon on snowy or icy road by installing a track on each wheel. CONSTITUTION: A slip preventing device comprises a hydraulic supporter(A), a rotation supporter(B) and a chain(C). The hydraulic supporter(A) pushes the chain(C) to the rotation supporter(B) not to be detached from a wheel by hydraulic pressure and has a steel cover to prevent the hydraulic supporter(A) from being detached from the wheel. The rotation supporter(B) is rotated by the rotation of the chain(C) rotated by the rotation of the wheel. The chain(C) prevents the wheel from slipping and has edge part covering the wheel not to be detached.
