PURPOSE:To prevent the functional lowering of a frame fastener by constituting it using the base frame which horizontally moves along with a guide rail and the fastener with a pair of fastening pawls which is installed on the base frame, which is supported mainly by each supporting shaft separated up and down, and which is normally energized at open condition. CONSTITUTION:When the base frame 1 approaches along with the guide rail 3 due to the shrinkage actuation of the cylinder 4 and the fastening pawls 8 and 8 of the dual fastening device 7 at the front end make contact to the frame A, the fastening pawls 8 and 8 start closing operation against the springs 10 and 10 along with their arc surfaces 8' and 8', taking the supporting shafts 9 and 9 as their shafts and insert the frame A between the engagement stages 8'' and 8'' formed on their tips. In this case, even when there is any deviation in the contact position of the end surface of the frame A against the arc surfaces 8' and 8', the frame A is guided along with the arc surfaces 8' and 8'. As a result, the fastening pawls 8 and 8 slowly close and accurately insert the frame A between the engagement stages 8'' and 8''. This indicates that the frame A can be fastened. |
