A container and method for storing and/or dispensing articles, such as bags or the like. The container includes a compartment for holding a plurality of interfolded bags and a cover member closeable over the compartment which has a window-like opening for removal of the bags. A bridge-like abutment member is angularly disposed interiorly of the compartment for biasing selective folded corner portions of the bags outwardly for dispensing one-at-a-time from the container.
