<p>PURPOSE:To obtain output signals in sine forms, cosine forms, etc. by simple structure, by concentrically making up photoconductive films to a ringed resistor, and by extracting the voltage of a resistance film by irradiating photo-spots on the photoconductive films. CONSTITUTION:A ringed resistance film 2, which width changes, is mounted onto a substrate 1, and a photoconductive film 3 is built up to the inside and a photoconductive film 4 to the outside concentrically. Concentrical electrode layers 5, 6 are installed to each inside and outside in shapes that contact with the photoconductive films 3, 4, and the voltage of +V and -V is each applied to two terminals 7, 8 disposed to the upper and lower portions of said ringed resistance 2. Photo-spots 11, 12 with dimensions covering the photoconductive films are irradiated to each of said photoconductive films 3, 4. The relative locations of these spots 11, 12 are decided so that the central point O and a segment joining each photo-spots cross at right angles.</p> |
