PURPOSE:To eliminate the loss of the high frequency power as well as to block the passage of the harmful energy by forming the capacitor between the external conductor and the central conductor of the 1st and 2nd coaxial lines and then connecting the absorption circuits to each coaxial line, thus preventing the accident caused by the gas explosion and the like. CONSTITUTION:In case the high frequency power is supplied to the unit installed into the atmosphere containing the inflammable gas, 1st and 2nd coaxial lines 2 and 3 are provided in opposition to each other with a distance secured between and in the axial direction. These lines 2 and 3 are stored in metal case 1 possessing case electrode 1a. Thus the safety holder of such constitution is used. The circular tube path electrodes 2a and 3a are provided at the side where lines 2 and 3 are opposing to each other, and connector pants 2b and 3b are provided at the other end each. Thus central conductors 6 and 7 of lines 2 and 3 are held at the center position via insulating components 8 and 9. At the same time, capacitors C3 and C4 are formed at the area of electrode 1a with use of coaxial connecting dielectric components 12 and 13 plus central conductor connecting dielectric components 14 and 15, and furthermore absorption circuits 10 and 11 are connected to conductors 6 and 7 to absorb the harmful energy. Thus the loss of the high frequency power can be minimized, at the same time blocking the passage of the harmful energy. |
