PURPOSE:To decode a predetermined bit of the input signal to put out a negative signal of the input bit, logically operate the output thereof, check whether the output signal from the decode circuit is decoded correctly or not and enhance the reliability of the output signal. CONSTITUTION:N bit of the input signal is decoded by the decode circuit 2 to put out the signal of 2<n> bit. N bit of the input signal is added to the negative circuit 1 and the negative output of n bit from the circuit 1 is decoded by the decode circuit 3 to put out the signal of 2<n> bit. The AND of 1<=1<=2<n> bit ranged within 2<n> bit obtained from the decode circuit 2 and about 2<n>+1-i bit obtained from the decode circuit 3 is taken by AND gate 4 and output of the respective AND gate 4 is supplied to the exclusive OR circuit 5 and the exclusive OR of the signal from AND gate 4 is taken to carry out the check of the input signal and enhance the reliability of the output signal. |
