The sheet separated mechanism is partic, for printing presses, having two suction-type transporters working alternately. Each transporter consists of two suction cups arranged symmetrically in relation to the sheet centre, and guided in a straight line in the sheet travel direction by means of double swing arms coupled together. The driving and driven members of the arms can be coupled to two driven shafts, the driving members of the first transporter being fixed to the first shaft while the driven members turn on the second. The driving members of the second transporter are fixed to the second shaft, while its driven members turn on the first one.
