PURPOSE:To make it possible to mix a main ingredient and a liquid additive evenly, by setting the curvature of the part rising backward from the bottom surface of a screw groove near the liquid injection port larger than those of the front and back parts. CONSTITUTION:A liquid additive is injected into an extruder from liquid injection port 3 and is mixed with resin fed from hopper 4. Here, the curvature R of rising part 2D0 at the back of the screw groove near the place where a liquid additive is injected is set large. Hence, the additive, without being retarded in rising part 2D0, is dispersed into melted or half-melted resin evenly. By this, the concentration of the additive in the center of the extruder, or the remaining of a part of the additive on the surface of the groove part, without being extruded, is prevented. |
