PURPOSE:To enable a simultaneous oblique shearing at several points in desired lengthes, by supporting horizontally a long pipe by means of clamping devices mounted at a rotating disc, and by locating horizontally the desired number of rotating blades at a shearing angle which can be freely changed. CONSTITUTION:A title device is composed of a straight shearing and an oblique shearing unit, and the straight shearing unit is equipped with a rotating disc 2 secured on a horizontal shaft 1, clamping devices A1 to A4, an automatic feeder of a long pipe P, a rotating shearing blade 4, a reciver 5 for short pipes P2. Meanwhile, the oblique shearing unit is located between an arm 13, which holds a motor 11 and a reduction gear, and a guide disc 14, and is equipped with a sliding disc 16 supporting the arm 13 by means of a center shaft 17 at a shearing angle which can be freely changed. The pipe P1 is cut to short pipe P2 whose one end is cut straight and whose other end is cut obliquely. And thus, the desired number of the rotating blades can be attached horizontally and the pipe P1 can be sheared to desired sizes and can be obliquely sheared at several points at the same time. |
