PURPOSE:The production of 3',5'-cyclic adenylic acid by a microorganism in which after urea and other culture ingredients are separately sterilized or made bacterially free, they are mixed to prepare the culture medium for producing 3',5'-cyclic adenylic acid. CONSTITUTION:When the culture medium containing urea for producing 3',5'- cyclic adenylic acid is prepared, urea and other ingredients are separately sterilized or made bacterially free and then they are mixed. A microorganism producing 3',5'-cyclic adenylic acid, belonging to Corynebacterium, Arthrobacter, etc., is seeded in the culture medium to accumulate 3',5'-cyclic adenylic acid in it, then the compound is isolated. |
