PURPOSE:To obtain the mark form being very suitable for automobile seat cushion and also being prevented the cracking, by uniting the blowed mark form with the soft sponge material sticked on the desirable position in the mold. CONSTITUTION:In the aluminium alloy mold consisting the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 for molding cushion materials, the needle 4 for sticking the soft sponge material having continueous air bubbles is set on the prominent of t upper part 1. After the soft sponge material 5 was sticked on the neelde, the whole molding is achieved by introducing the origenal liquid of soft polyurethane foam into the mold and blowing. EFFECT:When the liquid is foamed, by relaxing partially the concentrated stress, the liquid immerses into even the sticked sponge material and then the strongly formed part is obtained. |
