The invention relates to a cap for metering a product to be dispensed. The cap comprises a body 10 in the shape of a glass with a conical base 14 extending by means of a central hollow lengthening piece 16 which is closed at its end, the cap being hermetically closed by a film 18 which can be perforated and through which may be introduced a pressurised agent for the expulsion of the metered amount, for example a diluent liquid or a gas.
