PURPOSE:To secure excellent electric specific resistance and gas penetrability, by using acetylene black having a specified surface area, iodine adsorption quantity and bulk density. CONSTITUTION:Acetylene black uses acetylene having a specific surface area of 1545<2>m/g, iodine adsorption quantity of 20-60mg/g and bulk density of 0.10-0.30g/ml for its raw material. Water-repellent polymer grain 10-50 wt is mixed in this carbon black 200 wt part, and subjected to freeze-drying, removing an interfacial active agent upon heating, thus pot molding takes palce. With this constitution, gas penetrability and conductivity are improved and performance is raisable. |
