<p>PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the cleaning work efficiency by forming a notched part of which size permits the liquid feeding port and the liquid suction port arranged on the sliding surface of a fixed block to be accomodated at a time, on the sliding surface of a movable block. CONSTITUTION:The liquid suction port 2 and the liquid feeding port 3 which are arranged on the sliding surface la of a fixed block 1 are connected with a notched part 5 which is formed on the sliding surface 4a of a sliding block 4. Thus, in the state where the sliding surface la of the fixed block 1 and the sliding surface 4a of the movable block 4 are closely fixed, the supplied liquid 6 stored in a liquid tank is supplied to a prescribed feeding position continuously, after passing through a feeding pipe 7, liquid suction port 2, notched part 5, liquid feeding port 3, and a feeding pipe 8.</p> |
