<p>PURPOSE:To prevent dust trouble at the heat exchanger part and enhance the heat recovery efficiency, by introducing clean exhaust gas into the recovery part after removing dust contained in the dust containing gas of high temp. being exhausted from the city garbage incinerator. CONSTITUTION:Dust containing gas of approx. 900 deg.C being exhasuted from incinerator 1 is dedusted and cleaned at the dust collection part 14 being made of grain type filtering material 11, and is flown into the boiler 15 where its heat is recovered. Temperature of the exhaust gas at the boiler outlet 15 is lowered to approx. 300 deg.C, and the exhaust gas is then introduced into the dry type gas disposer 16 when its HC is removed and discharged from the smoke-stack 7. In case when waste plastic of vinyl chloride nature is not contained in the city garbage, processing by the dry type gas disposer 16 is not necessarily needed. Thus, cleaned exhaust gas is flown into the boiler 15 which solves the problem of dust trouble at the boiler. In addition, continuous operation of the system is ensured and heat recovery rate is increased.</p> |
