The digital wrist watch includes additional selection and display facilities for accessing data held in memory. The front plate of the watch has an eight digit numerical display based upon seven segment elements (5). An additional seven segment display character (3) is located immediately beneath the main display together with a 16 segment display of alphabetic characters. Selector keys (8, 9) provide input to a keyboard control circuit to allow addresses to be generated to access data and programming held in memory.
