PURPOSE:By realize the measurement for the system with which the busy state is measured for the device of the automatic telephone exchange even in case some fault occurs at the contact showing the busy state of the measured device or the outgoing trunk of the preceding station is blocked, by securing the quantative grasping of the busy state. CONSTITUTION:The automatic telephone echange detects measured devices A0- An which are set under the busy state through periodical scanning of the busy state for A0-An. For the device in such telephone exchange, editing device EDIT is installed between devices A0-An, using efficiency display element EFC and busy rate display element ABR each. Then the following units are provided at device EDIT: control part P where the scanning command to devides A0-Anis given to scanning matrix part MTX; busy decision reference memory part M1; busy frequency memory part M2; and driving circuit DV1 and DV2 to drive element EFC and ABR each. Thus, the rate of the devices to be put under the busy state among scanned devices A0-An is calculated every period. And when the rate features the prescribed value, the busy state is decided with memorization and display of the rate. |
