PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid agent making apparatus which is capable of efficiently making mass production of solid agents formed of raw materials containing powdery substances with stable quality without restricting the shapes of finished products. SOLUTION: This solid agent making apparatus has a raw material feeder which feeds bathing agent raw materials 5 into a molding vessel 4 closed at its under surface by a lower thrusting member 6, a piercing member 9 which forms a recessed part 8 in the bathing agent raw materials in the molding vessel, a shaped material loading means which loads a shaping material 10 on a base surface 8b of the recessed part and an upper thrusting member 12 which molds a green compact 1 embedded with the shaped material by pressurizing the bathing agent raw materials from a top edge 8a of the recessed part while allowing the raw materials to crumble down therefrom, then repressurizing the green compact to form the molding 13 of the solid bathing agent.
