<p>PURPOSE: A light solar cell module is provided to increase the area of a light receiving surface and to reduce a reflection loss caused by a charge collecting electrode by 50 percent, by disposing bus bars at both sides of the light receiving surface. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device performs a photoelectric transformation to generate electric charges, having a light receiving surface absorbing light. A cell(20) includes an upper electrode and a lower electrode opposite to the upper electrode which are disposed on the light receiving surface. A connection unit electrically connects the upper and lower electrodes of the cell with the electrodes adjacent to the upper and lower electrodes while a plurality of cells are disposed on the same plane. Upper and lower sheets(22,24) protect the plurality of cells from the exterior. Transparent resin is filled in a gap between the sheets. A passivation layer(28) is formed on the edge of the semiconductor device to reduce an edge effect.</p> |
