PURPOSE:To improve the outward appearance of the design section of a decorative molding body section by abutting and pushing a peelable synthetic resin film against the design section in a film sticking process and sticking the synthetic resin film so that the decorative molding body section and the synthetic resin film are not moved relatively for a specified time. CONSTITUTION:An insert 2 passing through an orifice 14a for molding in an extruder die 14 is buried so as to be wrapped with a molten polyvinyl chloride resin PVC flowing in an extruding flow path formed by a crosshead 11, a torpedo 12, an adapter 13 and the extruder die 14, and a peelable synthetic resin film 3 abutted and pushed by the orifice 14a for molding is fast stuck because the surface of PVC is brought to a plasticized state. A decorative molding body section 1 molded by the orifice 14a for molding is held and shaped by an upper pushing roller 22a and a lower pushing roller 22b, and forwarded into a cooling water tank by a carrying roller 23 and cured. The decorative molding body section 1 and the synthetic resin film 3 are not moved relatively at that time, and the plasticized state is cured. |
