The pump has pistons (2) reciprocating in two cylinders (1) whose open ends are alternately put in communication with the discharge pipe (26) by a swivel pipe (12). The swivel pipe is a tube with a straight line axis perpendicular to its axis of rotation. It is axially adjustable in a semi-spherical hub (18) which makes the connection to the discharge pipe and whose centre coincides with the axis of rotation. The swivel pipe has triangular lugs on either side of it. The bases of the lugs slide on a flat support plate (47). There are wearing sleeves (13) between the rotating end of the swivel pipe and the cylinders.
