PURPOSE:To make display easy to see by changing display types between the time when PM changes to AM and the time when AM changes to PM. CONSTITUTION:The divided outputs of a frequency divider 2 drive a display body 5 of hour digits via decoder circuit 8 to perform displaying of the hour. When the output signal becomes 12-hour signal (12H), a flip-flop circuit 3 is driven, by which display changing of AM and PM is accomplished. Here, A logic circuit 10 is so constituted that, only during the time of 1 hour indicating the 0 o'clock changed from PM to AM, the digit 5 is displayed as 0 o'clock and when AM is changed to PM, 12 o'clock are displayed and therefore, whether the current time is 12 o'clock of the daytime or 12 o'clock of the midnight may be distinctly discriminated when the time is corrected. |
