A system and a method for automatically updating automated teller machine are provided to reduce time and labor needed for updating automated teller machine(ATM) and manage errors or computer virus of the ATM efficiently. A system and a method for automatically updating automated teller machine comprise the following units. An automatic update system manages program dispersion distribution of automated teller machine(ATM). A staff terminal manages an automatic updating server(100). An ATM(155) receives a necessary program for automatic update, reports error data corresponding to the automatic update and updates the ATM itself. An ATM D/B(145) provides information about an ATM operation system and peripheral devices to the automatic updating server. |
