PURPOSE:To provide the subject device wherein after a detection signal is generated by detection means detecting that copying papers in a cassette are used up, a delivery roller is rotated for a predetermined time, thereby to automatically clean the delivery roller by means of a friction member. CONSTITUTION:When copying papers 2 are all fed and gone out of a cassette 1 it is detected by an actuator that the copying papers 2 are all used up, and an end detection switch is closed. By this procedure, a timer operates for a predetermined time, and during this time a paper feed motor 7 is driven to rotate a delivery roller 6. Since the delivery roller 6 is in contact with a friction material 8, the delivery roller 6 is automatically cleaned. |
