Oil spillage containing floating barrier - uses connected motor vehicle tyres with oil impermeabl sealing fabric

The barrier is made of connected used motor vehicle tyres. These tyres are provided with a steel and buoyancy element for maintaining a floating connected barrier. Oil impermeable fabric is placed between these tyres. Protection plates are placed on top of tyres to prevent spillage over barrier due to foaming. The dyke walls can be heightened by stacking these tyres and anchoring them with posts. Disc arrangement can be also used for protecting bays in case of oil spilling catastrophes. This barrier can also be used to protect dykes against threatening floods.
