<p>Parent patent claimed an oily emulsifiable selective herbicidal compsn. active against wild oats in wheat, barley and winter barley crops, and contg. a synthetic herbicide and a specific oily carrier. In this addn., the synthetic herbicide is 1,2-dimethyl-3,5-diphenyl-methylpyrazolium sulphate, known as Difenzoquat. Compsn. pref. contains 15-50 wt.% of Dienzoquat and 15-60% of the carrier, which is pref. a hydrocarbon cut of density 0.84-0.93 at 15 degrees C, of viscosity 10-40cSt at 50 degrees C and a flash point of 180 degrees C. Compsn. is synergistic and selective for wild oats.</p> |
