发明名称 OPERATION CONTROLLING METHOD FOR OXYGEN SUPPLY FACILITIES IN IRON MILL
摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently utilize oxygen supply facilities in an iron mill equipped with a plurality of blast furnaces and converters by making an accurate estimate of the blowing schedule of the converters using a large amt. of oxygen with fluctuations by means of an information processing device. CONSTITUTION:Charges are classified into groups according to steel making specifications with respect to a plurality of converters. A forecast value of oxygen blowing time is estimated every group from past data. Next, blowing timing of following charge of each converter is calculated. On the other hand, the hot iron discharge pitch of each blast furnace is estimated from past data, and a plan for distributing hot iron to the converters with torpedocar is made. According to a forecast value of hot iron waiting time of each converter, secondary blowing timing is calculated which corrects the estimated results of primary estimation of blowing timing. Thus, changes in oxygen demand of all the converters are estimated, and a change in oxygen demand of the whole iron mill is presumed with the passage of time from changes in oxygen demand of facilities other than the converters. A plan for operating oxygen supply facilities is made on the basis of the presumption so that the quantity of power requird for the facilities is minimized.
