PURPOSE:To stably realize resistance value-voltage conversion by connecting the diode or tansistor which compensates the base-emitter voltage of an emitter follower circuit. CONSTITUTION:In order to compensate the base-emitter voltage of a transistor 5 constituting an emitter-follower circuit, a diode 6 is connected in series to the thermistor 1 between the base and emitter of the transistor 5. The change of the voltage V1 from ambient temperatures from 30 deg.C up to 80 deg.C when the temperature at the measurement point is 200 deg.F increases by 0.1V when there is no diode 6 or transistor 9 but in the case of the diode 6, it is merely a change of 0.05.
