<p>Imitation leaded window comprises 2 coloured, transparent, thermoplastics panels e.g. acrylic glass, between which component pieces may be fitted, adapted to hold the panels adhesively together. Both panels have beads or ribs whose tops look like lead beadings. There are strips and bars made of a material that has the same coefft. of thermal expansion as the panels. The panels may be coloured near the ribs, such colouring being effected before formation of the ribs, by serigraphic process.</p> |
