<p>The bicycle drive has two identical transmissions, one on either side of the rear wheel. Each has a lever with pedal fixed to its front, the rear of the lever oscillates around a pivot coming inside the rear wheel. At the lever ends are rods each with one end pivoted to the lever and the other end coupled to the bicycle frame. The transmission proper has a toothed wheel with chains and pinions in a hollow cylindrical body.</p> |
