PURPOSE:To enable to reduce the number of external terminals, by determining the level of the power supply voltage detecting terminal with variable resistors, and by providing a plurality of signal memory circuits at the terminal. CONSTITUTION:The resistor 11 for detected voltage adjustment is connected between the power supply voltage detection terminal 8 and one power supply voltage feeding point 2. On the other hand, the switching MOSFET 10 is in series connection with the resistor 11 and the power supply voltage detection circuit is conductive state depending on the value of power supply voltage at the detection of the power supply voltage and it is non-conductive state when the power supply voltage is not detected. Further, the level of the terminal 8 is determined with the resistor 11 for the period, and the terminal 8 is provided with the signal memory circuits 131...13n. Thus, a plurality of external signals inputted from the external terminal for detected voltage adjustment can reduce the number of external terminals. |
