The machine has a base which carries the main shaft and supports a bracket which carries the lower forming tools on the rod. The lower tools against of a cutter and a cutter guide. Similar frame is mounted on the upper side of the machine with the shaft connected to the first shaft. The forming tools are mounted on an upper connecting rod. Guide rollers are fitted both sides of the machine.
