<p>PURPOSE:To provide the title control device of low price, being capable of easily equipping to a conventional injection molding machine, designed to control the injection speed pattern by requlating the pressure of the oil to be supplied to the injection cylinder using a proportional electrmagnetic pressure regulating valve. CONSTITUTION:A proportional electromagnetic pressure regulating valve 12 is connected, through a hydraulic pressur pilot pipe 10, to the injection pressure control valve 8, while the controller 9 linked to both the displacement transducer 4 and pressure transducer 5 is connected, through a servo amplifier 11, to be solenoid 12a of the valve 12. When the injection process tarts, a signal corresponding to the displacement of the injection screw 3 is sent, through the transducer 4, to the controller 9, and an injection pressure signal equivalent to the injection speed determined corresponding to said injection stroke is then instructed, from the controller 9, through the amplifier 11, to the valve 12; thus the pressure of the oil to be supplied to the injection cylinder 2 can be regulated to determine at any value corresponding to the stroke of the screw 3.</p> |
