PURPOSE:A rotary type flywheel device adoptable the phase control which is excellent with use of optical sensor at the same time as it catches deftly the balance in the flywheel. CONSTITUTION:A flywheel 5 is provided with a multidude of small diametral bores 5p to pierce the light through around the periphery, and part of said bores 5p is formed a large diametral bore 5g for taking the balance to the middle extent of the thickness. On the other hand, a photosensor unit 11 is provided which by swiveling of the flywheel 5, the light pierces through the small diametral bores 5p among small diametral bores 5p and a large diametral bore 5g and by others the light is interrupted with use of luminous element 11a and phototceptive element 11b. Further, respective denotation is such as 1 for a rotary drum, 2 for stationary drum, 3 for a shaft, 4 for a main deck, 7 for a drive motor, 8 for a pullery. This facilitates to improve phase control sensitivity as well as to manufacture the flywheel 5 simply and inexpensively. |
