Linear recirculating roller bearing - avoids excessive wear of tracks in reversing end caps by keeping distance pieces clear of running surface

<p>The bearing incorporates a straight bearing track (5), a return track section (6) and two end caps (2) which connect the two tracks and which reverse the roller directions. The running tracks have sides which prevent the rollers falling out of the bearing. Distance pieces (9) are mounted between the rollers. The distance pieces have extensions (13) which are guided by rims (16) in the sides of the bearing end caps. The rims are positioned so, that the distance pieces with the rollers (7) will be kept clear from the roller tracks at the point where the rollers change direction.</p>
