Circular profile sailing boat - is steered by pivoted centre-board under tiller and has fixed sail on frame

The circular profile hull of the sailing craft has a shallow dish shape (11) and there is a centreboard (12) pivoted about a middle vertical axis underneath. The centre-board is steered by a tiller bar (10) which is mounted above the deck and linked to the board by a bearing. The operating can steer the craft without altering the setting of the sail which is held in a fixed frame (8) above the craft.
