WHEEL WELL FILLER AND RETAINER A wheel well filler and retainer for a standard drop center rim in which the filler is an annular elastic ring having a circumference in the unstressed condition less than the circumference of the rim at the wheel well for stretching the filler over the rim flange and into resilient engagement with the rim at the wheel well. A non-extensible circumferential retainer is recessed in the outer surface of the filler and stressed in tension for resisting centrifugal forces and retaining the filler in the well during rotation at high speed.
