PURPOSE:To obtain easy location by fixing vertically a fixture jig and by using the same feeding mechanism of a machine tool, on a light machining of relatively small workpiece of many kinds in small quantity. CONSTITUTION:Drilled on a plate workpiece 1 are two fixture reference holes that are to locate the workpiece by meeting engagement fixture jigs 6 set on a fixture surface 3. The engagement fixture jig 6 has a pointed cylindrical part 4 and a lower ring part 5 in concentricity, and is fixed on the fixture surface 3 with some strong instant adhesive on its bottom face 7. The clearance between the lower face of workpiece and the upper face of the fixture surface 3 is compensated with some proper spacer. |
