<p>PURPOSE:To accurately assemble by forming a packing of thermoplastic resin, injection molding it in a die, and thermally fusion-bonding a lamp body to the packing. CONSTITUTION:A molded lamp body 3 is filled in a die A. A shape coincident with the body 3 is formed in advance in the die A. Then, a die B is placed on the die A and clamped. A space corresponding to a packing 8 is generated between the dies A and B. When polyurethane of thermoplastic elastomer is poured in the space, the part of the body 3 in contact with the polyurethane is heated to the melting temperature of the polyurethane, and both adhere without separating by thermal fusion-bonding. The dies A, B are separated, and when a reflecting mirror 3 is removed, the assembling is completed.</p> |
